Complaint about garbage is apparently more important than corruption

İzmit Mayor Fatma Kaplan Hürriyet, the only mayor from the CHP in Kocaeli, applied twice to the Interior Ministry about the irregularities at the municipality. She now faces an investigation on the grounds that garbage is not regularly collected.
