Istanbul: Counterfeit alcohol deaths rise to 23 in last 48 hours

Deaths due to poisoning from counterfeit alcohol in Istanbul have more than doubled on the second day. The increase in number of foreigners among the deaths indicates that counterfeit alcohol use more often takes place not in homes but tourist facilities.
