EU: No Further Chapters Will Be Opened; Turkey: Hypocrisy

The General Affairs Council of the EU has stated, “Turkey has been moving further away from the EU. No further chapters can be considered for opening.” The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkey has referred to the attitude of the EU as “hypocrisy and inconsistency”.
