Many doctors and health employees have been arrested and stood trial over the statements of the same informant named with initials H.B.A. Some were acquitted by the court while the supreme court has recently reversed the sentence for Mızraklı, also the Co-Mayor of Diyarbakır.

Kurdish Co-Mayors of two districts sentenced to over 6 years imprisonment

Co-Mayors of Kızıltepe and Savur of Mardin were sentenced to 6 years and 3 months of imprisonment each for "being members of a terrorist organization" in the case filed after trustees were appointed to replace them in 2019.
