The Scientific and Technological Research council of Turkey (TÜBİTAK) has stopped scholarship payments of both master and doctorate studies included in 2211-Domestic Postgraduate Scholarship Program.
TÜBİTAK in its statement based its decision on the State of Emergency situation that occurred following the July 15 coup attempt.
This has caused a huge uncertainty for students since the statement didn’t include when the payments will resume. (NV/TK)
