İstanbul public transport to be available 24 hours on new year's eve
The municipality will increase bus and railway services on Friday night while the ferry timetables will remain the same.

The İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) has announced that it will increase public transport services on new year's eve.
Between 12 a.m. and 5 a.m., the number of services in 15 bus lines from and to Kadıköy and Taksim will be increased from 54 to 186, according to the municipality.
The Metrobus, which operates 24/7, will have an additional 125 services on Friday night.
The subways will operate uninterruptedly from 6 a.m. on Friday to 2 p.m. on Sunday.
The Taksim-Kabataş funicular line will operate until 2 a.m. on January 1.
The ferry timetables will not be changed for the new year's eve. (AÖ/VK)
