İstanbul Provincial Election Council chair judge Ziya Bülent Öner is reportedly under intense care after having a heart attack last night (June 22).
He was appointed as the election council chair after the canceled March 31 local elections.
Judge Nilgün Uçar has been appointed as the acting election council chair. (EMK/VK)
