HDP’s Presidential Candidate Demirtaş Writes Song in Prison: Don’t Fear, Shout

The song written by Peoples’ Democratic Party’s (HDP) imprisoned Presidential candidate Selahattin Demirtaş in Edirne Prison, has been composed and sung by Tarkan Ergün, Serpil Ergün and Suavi.

Başak Demirtaş, the wife of Selahattin Demirtaş, retweeted the song, which was posted by HDP’s official account, with the following song:

“I very much thank Tarkan Ergün, Serpil Ergün and Suavi, who composed and sang the song that Selahattin wrote in prison and crooned to me on the phone six months ago. I liked it a lot, you?”
