24.06.2004 - Turkish Interior Minister Abdulkadir Aksu said on Thursday that security forces did not have any negligence in the explosion in Ankara.
Speaking to reporters in the parliament, Aksu said that the explosion might have been an act of marginal, small scale terrorist organizations.
