Court Rejects Defense in Kurdish, Procedurally
An Istanbul court rejected two defendants' request to defense in Kurdish yesterday afternoon, saying that a court procedure has not been met.

Istanbul 15th High Criminal Court opened the 10th session of KCK organization trial yesterday afternoon, completing the reading of charges that contained 100 pages.
The court rejected two defendants' request to defense in Kurdish, saying that their charges have yet to be made at a joint of court in Diyarbakir.
"The court could have accepted the defense requests because the main charges have already been made. In tomorrow's session [today], we will renew the defense requests. We will also demand the drop of charges." (EA/BM)
