One soldier has lost his life in an explosion of the detonation of an improvised explosive device planted on the road in Turkey’s southeastern Akçay, Şırnak.
The explosion occurred in the morning hours during a road check.
A soldier wounded in the explosion was taken into a hospital at 23rd Gendarmerie Border Division Commandership.
Being taken under treatment here, the soldier couldn’t be saved despite all the efforts.
