4 Soldiers Lose Their Lives in Attack in Hakkari
Four soldiers have lost their lives and four others have been injured as an improvised explosive device planted on a road in Yüksekova district of Hakkari was detonated.

An improvised explosive device planted on the road in Esendere region of Yüksekova district in the predominantly Kurdish province of Hakkari in eastern Turkey was detonated while a military vehicle was driving by.
Four soldiers have lost their lives in the explosion and four others have been injured. The injured soldiers have been brought to Yüksekova State Hospital.
The attack was carried out in the morning hours today (October 4) in an area between Susuzkeklik Police Station and Aslankaraş Military Base.
Hakkari Governorship in a written statement has announced that the attack was carried out by the members of Kurdistan Worker's Party (PKK). (EKN/DG)
