1 Sergeant Major Loses His Life in Bitlis
Improvised explosive device planted by the PKK in Karınca Gendarmerie Post Zihnitepe area in Bitlis has exploded, killing Sergeant Major Sefa İzbudak.

Bitlis Governorship has declared that 26-year-old Sergeant Major Sefa İzbudak has lost his life during an operation in explosion of an improvised explosive device planted by the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) members in the area.
The incident occurred in Karınca Gendarmerie Post Zihnitepe area at around 8:30 p.m. yesterday (April 10).
İzbudak’s family was informed of the incident. İzbudak’s body will be interred in Yukarıbelemedik Neighborhood in the district following the funeral to be held today. (AS/TK)
